These terms of service govern your use of the Litigation Management System (LMS) web portal and mobile application, developed and managed by the Centre for Modernizing Government Initiative (CMGI) for the Law Department, Government of Odisha.
LMS access is strictly restricted to authorized officials of the Government of Odisha, Advocate General's Office, Law Department, Government Advocates, Advocates-on-Record, and District Nodal Officers. Users must safeguard login credentials. Unauthorized portal access or credential sharing is legally punishable under the Information Technology Act 2000.
Department officials uploading case entries, notings, counter affidavits, and hearing dates must ensure complete accuracy. LMS serves as an official administrative monitoring system and does not replace certified judgment copies issued by Courts of Law.
Users must not attempt automated API scraping, reverse engineering, or network disruption. Violations will result in immediate termination of portal access and statutory prosecution.
